About Us
Willow & Wolf is a dynamic event management and consulting firm based in Western Australia. We specialise in regional food, community, and tourism events, combining strategic expertise with hands-on delivery to create projects that make a lasting impact.

Founded and led by Katie, Willow & Wolf is supported by a dedicated core team and an agile structure that allows us to adapt seamlessly to projects of any scale. From intimate gatherings to multi-day festivals, every event is delivered with creativity, precision, and a strong community focus.

With more than 20 years of experience, Katie brings extensive knowledge and proven capability to every project. She holds qualifications in Leadership and Management, Event Management, and Bookkeeping, and previously worked in fundraising & events for cancer charities in the UK. ​

For the past decade, Willow & Wolf has provided comprehensive support to associations, clubs, and charities across Australia. Katie also serves as Executive Officer for a regional alliance of five local governments, where she leads sub-regional development priorities in tourism, economic growth, and sustainability.
